Downleft dash on the cue to hit the corner of the kevin, and wait until Madeline has stopped rising to tap left and get the dash back.
If you fall early or are too low to jump off, don't forget to hold left against the kevin to suspend yourself.
Refreshing dashes like this are quite finnicky, so experiment with other hold left timings aswell.
